Tian Loh - Director & Co-Founder
Whose passion for men's grooming ignited at the age of 16 in Brisbane, Australia, has honed his skills through rigorous apprenticeships and an enlightening journey. Completing the prestigious MENSPIRE course alongside mentors Josh Lamonaca, Sean Moore, and Charlie Gray, Tian was exposed to diverse cutting styles through his travels and work across various countries. This exposure nurtured his adaptability, enabling him to bring out the maximum potential of every client's hair. Tian is also the driving force behind Chop's Technic Clinic Education, a testament to his unwavering dedication to advancing the art of haircutting.
Shairul Afnizam - Managing Stylist
8 years of experience in the hair industry, starting as a freelance barber in 2015 and co-founding a barbershop a year later. After 2 years, Shai ventured into hairstyling, working at established salons in KL and training with top hairstylists. His passion for hair stems from its daily creativity, embracing changing trends, and the transformative power it has on clients' confidence. Specializing in lived-in color, highlights, balayage, layered haircuts, and blowouts, He finds fulfillment in making people look and feel great.

Penang island lived an extremely overweight young man and at 15 years old, a good haircut was where he found his confidence at. He wanted to give people that same feeling he did after a good trim so he dove straight into the industry to learn all he could. Filled with charisma and way with people, Eugene looks to bring laughter, chatter and the feeling that comes after every great haircut with every client that sits on his chair.
